Ferme Le Goût du Pays (Duhamel-Ouest) : Le Goût du Pays is a small farm that produces artisanal stone-ground flour using grains from the Témiscamingue region. It grows a variety of fruits and vegetables and forages for wild plants to showcase the edible treasures of our forests and meadows. You can sample their delicious “Glaçons du Pays”—birch sap popsicles flavored with forest syrups—as well as herbal teas, wild chocolate, and much more! In their small farm store at the corner of Route Lefort and Chemin du 1er Rang, near Île du Collège—set against a postcard-perfect backdrop—they sell fresh and processed products that highlight the region’s rich flavors.
